DFE's mobile systems utilise a diesel over hydraulic power pack to power two rams that raise and lower the rocker style trailer to hitch onto your prime mover so the system can be rigged up and down without the need for electrical power. All equipment is positioned to be transported in place without exceeding height or width transport restrictions. The trailer comes pre-certified for your company to eliminate any problems associated with importing into your country of operation.

A client operating 6 rigs was changing over to synthetic based mud (SBM) drilling fluids for their field development program and needed additional mud system storage volume to hold 500 bbls of base oil for the current rig mud system. They contacted DFE with the stipulation that they wanted to minimise any impact on rig move time and our design team produced a 500 bbl mobile frac tank design for them. The client was so impressed they ordered 12.
